He is among the founding members of the New York City-based comedy troupe\u00a0The Whitest Kids U’ Know, which is composed of\u00a0Trevor Moore,\u00a0Sam Brown,\u00a0Timmy Williams, and Darren Trumeter. He later starred in the sitcoms\u00a0Friends with Benefits,\u00a0Guys with Kids, and\u00a0Wrecked. In 2022, Cregger wrote and directed the horror film\u00a0Barbarian, a commercial success that opened to positive critical reviews.
